Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when using the ParkDay mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Throughout this Privacy Policy, "ParkDay," "we," "our," and "us" refer to the operator of the Services.

By using ParkDay, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

When you use ParkDay, you may choose to provide information including:

Location Information

Location access is optional and can be disabled at any time through your device settings.

Photos

If you choose to upload photos, ParkDay stores those photos so they can be attached to your memories and experiences.

By default, your photos are private unless you choose to share them through ParkDay's community features or other public areas of the app.

All publicly shared photos are subject to ParkDay's Community Content & Standards and may be removed if they violate these guidelines.

If you choose to share a photo publicly, you grant ParkDay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and feature that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting ParkDay. This may include displaying your photo in community feeds, featured collections, editorial selections, seasonal showcases, marketing materials, social media, the ParkDay website, presentations, advertisements, and app marketplace listings (including screenshots and promotional images on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and similar platforms).

You retain ownership of your photos at all times. This license exists solely to allow ParkDay to display and promote publicly shared content and does not transfer ownership of your photos to ParkDay. If you remove a photo from the community or delete your account, ParkDay will stop using that content in future promotions within a reasonable period, although previously published materials, cached content, or archived copies may continue to exist for a limited time.

2. Account Eligibility

To create a ParkDay account, you must meet the minimum age required to use our Services under applicable law. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

If you are under the age of 18, you should review this Privacy Policy with a parent or legal guardian before using ParkDay. In some jurisdictions, parental or guardian consent may be required for minors to use certain features of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Community & Social Features

ParkDay allows you to connect with friends, discover the community, and share your park memories and experiences.

If you use ParkDay's community and social features, certain information may be visible to people you choose to connect with or, if you choose to post publicly, to other ParkDay users. This may include:

• Shared adventures
• Shared memories
• Photos you choose to share
• Reviews, tips, and comments
• Rankings
• Achievements
• Activity you choose to make visible

You control the visibility of your content through the privacy and sharing settings available within ParkDay.

4. Community Content & Standards

ParkDay is designed to be a welcoming, respectful, and family-friendly community for sharing memories and experiences from parks around the world.

When you share content publicly, including photos, comments, reviews, captions, tips, lists, achievements, or other contributions, you are responsible for ensuring that your content is appropriate, accurate, and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal or encourages illegal activity.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains inappropriate nudity.
• Contains graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery.
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse.
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to mislead others.
• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Contains spam, scams, phishing attempts, unauthorized advertising, or excessive promotional content.
• Includes malware, malicious code, or attempts to compromise the security or operation of ParkDay.
• Depicts dangerous or reckless behavior in a way that encourages harm.
• Contains content that is inappropriate for a family-friendly community.
• Otherwise violates applicable laws or these Community Content & Standards.

ParkDay reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, moderate, restrict, remove, or refuse any user-generated content that violates these standards or that we reasonably believe may negatively impact the safety, integrity, or experience of the ParkDay community.

We may issue warnings, temporarily suspend features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, or remove content for violations of these standards. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from ParkDay.

If you encounter content that you believe violates these standards, you may report it through the app or by contacting our support team. We review reports and take appropriate action when warranted.

While ParkDay may review and moderate user-generated content, we are not obligated to monitor all content and cannot guarantee that all inappropriate or objectionable material will be identified or removed immediately.

While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and improve ParkDay.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain certain information.

10. Children's Privacy

ParkDay is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services in their country of residence.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without the required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly.
